Processing Times
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
Custom Duties
- For US orders: The duty-free threshold of US $800 for imports has been eliminated effective August 29, 2025. This means that customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees may apply to all orders shipped to the U.S., regardless of value. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.
- For International orders: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Please note that customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees, which may be charged by your country's customs office upon delivery.
Tracking Information
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package.
- The customer is responsible to provide the correct shipping address when placing the order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to the incorrect address.
- If you have not received your tracking information or it is not working, please contact us at support@haseenmodestwear.ca, and we will assist you.
Unexpected Delays
In some rare cases, packages may experience delays beyond the usual delivery times due to factors like customs processing or carrier issues. If your order is taking longer than expected, please reach out to us. We will do our best to help resolve any issues.
