At Haseen Modest Wear, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, here’s how our return policy works:
📍 Canada-Only Returns
We currently accept returns for orders within Canada only. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns from the USA or other international locations at this time.
🔄 Return Guidelines
14-Day Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s).
Condition Requirements: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them, with all tags attached.
Discounted Items:
Orders placed using a discount code are eligible for exchange only and are not eligible for a refund.
Size & Design Confirmation:
We kindly ask customers to carefully review the size details and product design information (including photos and videos) before placing an order. Returns will not be accepted for issues related to sizing or design features that were clearly shown or described at the time of purchase.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect or damaged.
In cases where the item is not damaged or incorrect, customers are responsible for both the original shipping fee and the return shipping fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. Once the returned item is received in its original condition (with tags attached and unworn), we will process the refund and notify you of the final amount.
Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Exchange Option (Canada Only):
For exchange options within Canada, please email us to check eligibility.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process:
- Contact Us: Send us an email at support@haseenmodestwear.ca with your order details, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for the return.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and send you return instructions.
- Print the Return Label: Once you receive the return instructions, print the provided return label (note that shipping costs will be deducted from your refund).
- Ship Your Item: Pack the item(s) securely and ship them to your nearest post office or authorized shipping location.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us at support@haseenmodestwear.ca within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. We’ll provide a free return shipping label and ensure the correct item is sent to you or issue a full refund.
